My (Jharna) work comes to life thanks to the inestimable guidance of different teachers across my professional studies in the field of Tantra, merging with my own inquiry and personal experience in self-development work, spirituality and meditation, that I practiced in a variety of traditions across Asia, Australia and Europe.

In particular, I recognize great part of my professional influence in the VITA™ Method, created by Layla Martin, founder of the Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality (USA), and in my beloved teacher Ma Ananda Sarita, founder of Tantra Essence and worldwide renown Tantra Master, who created her work on the teachings of Osho, after living many years in his presence.

The methods that I use in my work find their roots in the ancient tantric traditions of the East – and in particular in the Kashmiri (India) and Taoist (China) traditions – now backed up by scientific studies of the West.
Nowadays, modern studies of neurobiology explain why the methods of ancient eastern traditions “work”, explaining how the human body, and especially our brain and nervous system, find benefit and healing in methods already used in the past.

The methods that I use bring integration between a “top-down” (from mind to body) and “bottom-up” (from body to mind) approach, offering an integrated body-mind transformation. The results are efficient and long-lasting, as they act on an actual gentle rewiring of the nervous system, by involving directly the body.

The methods that I offer include techniques of breath-work, movement, liberation of sound, somatic work, pleasure, rituals and celebrations, playful structures, silent meditation, emotional awareness, dance, massage, Kundalini activation, bio-energetic exercises and much more!

Previous experience is not needed to participate in these evenings. We will always explain all the details needed for each practice, and guide you all the way.
You will experience the methods according to your own rhythm and level.

Whether you are new to this, or already experienced in self-development, you can always find treasures in the discovery of yourself, and of course, of the couple. Transformation always meets each individual and pair at their level of inner evolution and goes as deep as it is possible in the single experience.

Even when we (Jharna and Michael) practice the methods ourselves, after several years, we still find gems and wonders in the practices that we offer. The potential of depth and growth is pretty much infinite, there is always more to know about ourselves and each other.

All classes are independent (not necessarily building on each other), so you may decide to come to different classes with different lovers/partners. 

One thing to be clear: each class is built to work in a pair (2 people together). So you will have to register as a "couple" and enjoy the full class with one person. 
The next class, you can come with another person.

Said so, for those who decide to come as one couple for multiple classes, you will have a chance to go deeper together each time. 
If you embark on a full journey with the same person, you will explore together different aspects of intimacy, which is a wonderful path to walk as a couple.

All kinds of constellations of couples and lovers are welcome in the space, independent of your gender and sexual orientation.

We just want to let you know that we are a heterosexual couple and we guide a lot of the practices from our experience. So we might say some things that don't fully resonate with your experience, or - in some situations - our language may be gendered even when we pay attention as much as we can to be inclusive!

In the registration/check-out page (when you register for each class and find all details before a payment), you will find some guidelines about the specific class. We let you know there, if in that  particular class we will work specifically with male/female energies and bodies. You may want to have a look, and register to classes that you feel comfortable with and make sense to you, according to your situation.

A note on language: 
I (Jharna) have done a lot of personal research on the topic of inclusivity in the world of Tantra in the last 3 years, and I feel confident to say that there are still many different opinions and approaches in this sense, creating quite some confusion, mostly due to discrepancies between tantric traditions and modern world, as well as what different languages can/cannot convey.
I wish you to know that we never intend to exclude anyone due to the language that we may use, which is shaped by old studies, grammar and also personal lived experience of the teachers.
We trust that, if you want to participate in our work, you are able and resourced enough to be present with your feelings as we navigate these waters and rise together through the pitfalls of language. I am always open to communicate and ever deepen my ability to hold space for you and serve all my students at my best, while I honour the transmission that I have received from the lineages over the years, and my own life experience.

I understand this question, there is always a lot of misunderstanding around nudity and Tantra.

The short answer is No, you will never have to undress!
You can, if that's what you wish, in some methods...

In our work, we treat nudity as sacred and therefore we never, ever force it. We honour the choices of each individual first and foremost.

While most of the practices of this program are usually done with full clothes on, we may give the option to practice some methods in nudity – treated with maximum respect – if that is what you wish. For some people, that represents an opportunity of liberation, and we honour that.

You will always have power of choice onto whether and how much to undress. You will never be asked to undress by facilitators.

For us, one simple rule is valid:
Your body, your choice.

We suggest you to have a look at the details in the registration page of each class, where we mention if a class has the potential of nudity more than others. You can register to the classes where you feel the most called to!

As we will guide you into some profound meditations, we wish not to bring you in the mind during the practices. 

For this reason, classes will be held only in English and translation will not be available. 

No, we are sorry... these classes are created for couples/lovers, and all the methods are designed to be practiced in pairs for the connection of the two people.

You will register as a couple and will practice with your partner throughout the entire evening. 

We won't be admitting people individually in the space. 

If your partner suddenly can't join, you may want to ask a friend to participate with you and still fully enjoy the evening. You will be able to decide how close to practice, and hold a loving space even when your partner is not there.

The evenings are created for couples and lovers, to find a deeper connection and work on potential topics dear to a couple.  

However, most of the methods that we use are not necessarily created exclusively for couples. 

If you are very motivated on the path of Tantra, you may decide to participate with a friend, with whom you feel comfortable enough in some connecting / intimate practice.

Since the journey is dedicated to couples and lovers, our guidance will often refer to relationship dynamics. In case you come with a friend, we trust that you can adapt the guidance to your specific situation. 

We know that life can be full of surprises, and things can change!

If you decide to come with a different person from the one you registered with, that is totally fine for us!

Once registration is completed, in case of cancellation a refund is not possible, but you might be able to transfer to a new couple.
