- Registration for the couple (2 people registering together)
- All the self-development activities in the program, guided by Jharna and Michael, from Friday morning until Sunday afternoon
- Access to the group room and venue facilities
- All group related expenses and materials that we organize for the group room (the list of what to bring will be sent after registration).

Not included in this reservation:Â
- Required booking of food and accommodation at the venue "Flackl" (to be booked and paid directly with the venue - details on the previous page).
- Transport to and from the venue
- Any extras (example: extra snacks and beverages, any insurance, excursions in your free time...)
Payment Plan Policy
(not relevant for One-time Payment option):
We offer the Payment Plan to make joining the Sacred Intimacy Retreat easier – not as a lighter commitment. By choosing it, you agree – from the moment of registration – to the same Cancellation Policy below, and to completing all 3 installments.
If a payment fails, you'll receive an automatic notification – we will not personally follow up or send reminders, so it's on you to resolve it. All installments must be completed by November 6, 2026 — we won't be able to welcome you into the retreat otherwise, without exception, and no refund is given for installments already paid.
Cancellation Policy:Â
Cancellation before 12.05.2026 – 50% Refund
From 13.05.2026 – Refund is not possible, but you might be able to transfer to a new couple. Contact us for details.
Moving your reservation to other retreats or offers is not possible.
