My work comes to life thanks to the inestimable guidance of different teachers across my professional studies in the field of Tantra, merging with my own inquiry and personal experience in self-development work, spirituality and meditation, that I practiced in a variety of traditions across Asia, Australia and Europe.

In particular, I recognize great part of my professional influence in the VITA™ Method, created by Layla Martin, founder of the Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality (USA), and in my beloved teacher Ma Ananda Sarita, founder of Tantra Essence and worldwide renown Tantra Master, who created her work on the teachings of Osho, after living many years in his presence.

The methods that I use in my work find their roots in the ancient tantric traditions of the East – and in particular in the Kashmiri (India) and Taoist (China) traditions – now backed up by scientific studies of the West.
Nowadays, modern studies of neurobiology explain why the methods of ancient eastern traditions “work”, explaining how the human body, and especially our brain and nervous system, find benefit and healing in methods already used in the past.

The methods that I use bring integration between a “top-down” (from mind to body) and “bottom-up” (from body to mind) approach, offering an integrated body-mind transformation. The results are efficient and long-lasting, as they act on an actual gentle rewiring of the nervous system, by involving directly the body.

The methods that I offer include techniques of breath-work, movement, liberation of sound, somatic work, pleasure, rituals and celebrations, playful structures, silent meditation, emotional awareness, dance, massage, Kundalini activation, bio-energetic exercises and much more!

Previous experience is not needed to join this course.

In the instructions I always explain all the concepts behind each practice, and any details needed before you start.
In the guided practices & meditations, my voice will guide you all the way.

You will experience the methods according to your own rhythm and level.
